We’re pleased to announce that Datz has recently been selected to receive funding through the National Research Council of Canada’s Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP).
IRAP is an innovation assistance program that supports Canadian small and medium-sized businesses, like Datz, that are committed to developing and commercializing technology-driven products and services.
This grant recognizes the important work we’re doing to make brokerages more efficient and allows us to deliver new functionalities that we know you’ll love.
Over the next several months, you’ll see significant improvements in the following areas:
- Transaction Room – we’re streamlining the workflows in the Transaction Room to make it easier to submit, edit, and approve deals for both brokers and agents.
- Conveyancing – Sending conveyances and paying out deals will be significantly faster, requiring fewer manual steps.
- Overall improvements to page loading times and system performance across the platform to minimize any lags.
